Basil Smash


  • 6cl Ox & Studs Dry Gin
  • 2cl lemon juice
  • 2cl sugar syrup
  • 10-15 basil leaves
  • ice cubes and lemon zest



Give the basil leaves and sugar syrup in the shaker and combine the ingredients with a pestle. Add lemon juice and Ox & Studs Dry Gin and shake well. Fill the cocktail glass to three quarters with ice cubes and pour the contents of the shaker through the bar sieve. Then serve with fresh basil leaves and a lemon zest.
